The Valence Mounting Brackets (pair) permits the Twirler to be attached to the valence panel, tail pan, corner of a pickup truck cab, the Bumper mounting bolt on unit body cars or basically anywhere a bracket needs to go around or over an obstruction. Each set of valance brackets comes with a set of mounting tabs. Most full-framed vehicles will require no additional mounting brackets other th the mounting that comes with the Auto Twirler (brackets are normally used for unibody applications). Shipped unpainted.
