Flakes may be added to any of our SHIMRIN Universal Bases, Kandys, Clears or Kustom Bases. Built from ultra thin polyester, our flakes are the lightest and simplest to use. This finish is usually applied over BC-25 (8513ZP 001 QT) Shimrin Black Base.
