Kosmic Kolor urethane enamel Kandys may be applied over any of our SHIMRIN Universal Base Coats. Kosmic Kolor urethane enamel solid colors are mixed 2 parts paint to 1 part catalyst (8525ZP 001 PT) to 1 part RU series reducer (example: 8529ZP 001 QT). For extra flow-out add 3-6 ounce additional reducer per mixed quart.
